These DC Sports Stainless Steel Headers are in a class of their own. Their race-inspired design maximizes top end power without sacrificing low to mid range power. These DC Sports Stainless Steel headers are offered in a true 4-1 trapezoidal merge collector which allows exhaust gases to flow into the collector without turbulence, or a 4-2-1 design that allows maximum performance with the ease of maintenance. Another benefit of this merge is that it provides superior ground clearance by offsetting the top and bottom tubes.

DC polished stainless steel headers provides all the same performance as their ceramic coated header but are built with aircraft quality T-304 polished stainless steel for performance and good looks. It's no secret that the most horsepower per dollar improvement you can do to your Honda or Acura is to replace your stock exhaust manifold with a tuned header system. And a DC Sports dyno tuned and tested header will breathe new life into the performance of your vehicle. This allows you to take full advantage of the power that is all too often hidden away inside your engine. DC Sports is the only after market performance part manufacturer that utilizes CNC machined flanges on all their headers. They have made the investment in CNC machining centers to provide you with the best parts your money can buy. All parts are made in-house so DC can control the quality of their products. DC Sports uses only mandrel bends in the construction and assembly assuring you the most efficient 4 into 2 into 1 design on the market today. DC features a two piece design and CNC machined mounting flanges with O-ring grooved secondary flanges (O-rings included) for a precise fit and seal. DC Sports 50 state street legal headers are designed and tuned to each specific engine application. No "universal" header systems are offered. With the installation of a DC Sports header, you'll feel a 10 to 14 horsepower gain over stock as well as increased torque throughout the RPM band.

All DC Sports headers were developed and done in house on DC's own Dynamic Test systems, Engine Dyno along with DC dynapack chassis dyno. Development done on the dyno ensures that the header makes the most power and torque available. All DC headers are designed for ease of installation with a factory like fit.

love DC sport headers i have used nothing but DC on all my past hondas and now my prelude. they do a good job with letting more air flow out, and they look very good under the hood.
