The WEAPON*R Ram Air Kit converts your Dragon intake system into a Ram Air Intake. Ram Air Technology is an technique to produce a cold intake charge to you intake system to produce extra RAW Naturally Aspirated Horsepower to your engine. The components in the Ram Air kit are all computer designed and made from plastic to resist heat soak, which robs horsepower from your engine.
To install this unit is simple, first you bolt the RAM AIR ADAPTER to the top of your NEW DRAGON FILTER. After you have done that, using the mounting kit you mount the Ram Air Scoop to any part of your car which gets constant rushing cold air. Next you route the Heat resistant 3" Ram Air Hose from the Scoop to the Ram AIR ADAPTER on top of your Dragon Filter. Your car is now equipped with RAM AIR. In every kit is a STORM SHIELD for the front of the RAM AIR SCOOP, just install it when you see any chance of rain to be 100% safe. Also in the Ram Air Scoop, is a layer of foam to block water droplets and large dirt particles from entering the intake stream. The Storm Shield installs in 1 Minute.
The Ram Air kit comes with the Ram Air Scoop , Ram Air Adapter , Flexible 3" Hose, Ram Air Scoop Adapter and Mounting hardware.

COLD AIR SHEILD
Complete your intake system with the DRAGON FILTER HEAT SHIELD. This Shield bolts directly to the top of your Dragon Filter, and completely shields the filter from any heat to create additional Horsepower.
To further complement your intake system you can attach the hose from your RAM AIR KIT to the top of the Shield to achieve a enclosed direct COLD RAM AIR CHARGE to your AIR FILTER. This Dragon Filter Heat Shield is made of heat resistant plastics to resist any Heat soak which may occur in daily driving. To install this performance upgrade to your Ram Air Equipped Intake System, you simply remove the Ram Air Hose from your Ram Air Adapter and unbolt the Ram Air Adapter from the top of your Dragon Filter. Next you align and slide the shield onto the filter, then bolt the shield down via screw on top of the shield. Finally you re-connect the Ram Air Hose to the top of the Heat Shield. Now your vehicle is are equipped with COLD RAM AIR..
AIR FLOW METER INTAKE KITS
Our AFM Intake kits replace the OEM air box and converts vehicles equipped with an Air Mass Meter into an open element intake system. This highly increases performance for these vehicles, due to the restrictions of an Air FLow Meter and the OEM air intake system. This intake kit comes with the Dragon Air Filter and all nessasarary mounting hardware and silicon adapters to complete installation.
