BG Syncro Shift II is a gear lubricant specially formulated for front wheel drive manual transmissions. It does not sacrifice any performance as does engine oil, ATF or conventional gear oil. Definately makes a difference, I had this fluid put in with my new ACT clutch kit and the shifting is smoother than it's ever been...definately recommend.

BG helped all three of my DSM transmissions. It doesn't rebuild it internally, but lubes the gears a lot better than oem stuff could ever. It soaks into the metals and allows for smoother shifts and a lot less "clunkyness" in older transmissions.

I have this in my transmission and I love it! It really made my high mileage transmission shift better. I will definitely put this in after I rebuild it.

I replaced my stock tranny fluid in my EVO at 45k miles with BG. I didn't notice a difference right away. After driving about 100 miles I noticed shifting was was much smoother. It also reduced some of the gear noise that evos make from time to time. I have also used this in my SVT focus with excelent results. Definitely a must for any FWD and AWD transmision.
