A0.1 Mpa (1.0kgf/cm2) valve spring and diaphragm come preinstalled. The valve measures 52mm and is construced of high temperature SUH metal. The IN and OUT side flanges measure 51mm ID. The diaphragm is capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 210 C.
