AEM Intake was definatley a good choice of modification for the SRT-4. It's an instant boost in flow getting rid of the hideous piece dodge called the intake. Install was quick and fast requiring very few tools. All of the pieces needed for the install were included in a bag and very easy to match with the instructions provided. The blue coating on this is an amazing color, it really stands out in the engine compartment, while also freeing up some extra space.

With the AEM short ram intake you can actually tell it makes a diferance and your getting horse power gains.i could really tell the change in mid and upper rpm range but also in low range from starting from a dead stop the car is more responsive .It also makes your engine bay look great , mine is blue and the paint on it is of a very high quality.

This was the first mod to my car. I have always believed with short ram intakes due to the fact that they show a better increase in HP / TQ over cold air induction on Honda's. I was pleased with the sound, performance, and slightly better gas mileage that the AEM short ram has given me. The intake has an extremely easy installation, extremely lightweight, and is one of the best first mods to do on a vehicle.

The AEM intake for the Evo is the best intake I have tested to date. The build quality is amazing, and the fact that it is CARB certified is a huge plus. Saw an increase in top end power and the turbo spooled much quicker. Amazing sound coming from the turbo and air suction of the intake, as well as an aftermarket VTA sound from the stock BOV.

I was running this intake (AEM short ram) on my Civic paired up with a GReddy EVO2 exhuast. The sounds was pretty impressive and the top end power definitely increased. The intake tended to whistle at about 2200 rpm, but that was my only complaint. Overall I'd recommend it to the next guy. AEM is defintely the industry leader and the quality of the craftsmanship was unbeatable.

like the way it helps air flow yet i wish they made the V2 for the 99 cavalier

5 stars. only problems was due to a bad install. Follow the instructions carefully. I threw a CEL because the intake pipe was installed too far into the cone. Other than that the SRI is great. The sound is awesome and power was noticeable right away.

Not only does this thing look good, but it performs very good. This product will greatly increase the top end power of your car. Before i bought this my car could only go about 110mph and it had a bit of struggle to get there. Now that i have it i can go 115mph with alot less struggle...this product is a must if you dont have one already!!!

it is a very good intake, i but it in myself did not take long. Like everyone else says you engine is louder after this install, and there is a little bit increase in performance. I would recommend this intake to other people too.
