PeakBoost B Series Turbo Kit

 
PeakBoost B Series Turbo Kit

  This is a complete bolt on kit for the Honda B-Series motor in a 92-00 Honda Civic or 94-01 Acura Integra (Acura Integra must use civic style radiator). the kit includes:

  • PeakBoost Stainless Steel equal length exhaust manifold made of 321 8 gauge forged stainless steel
  • Garrett T3/TO4E turbocharger
  • Tial 38mm wastegate
  • PeakBoost(Garrett core)24x6x3.5 Intercooler (2.5" inlet and outlet)mounts directly to factory bumper support
  • Tial blow off valve
  • 12inch "Slimline" radiator fan
  • fully TIG welded complete 3 peice 2.5" charge piping with bead rolled ends to prevent piping blow offs
  • 3inch downpipe with stainless flex section and wastegate dumptube.
  • Stainless oil feed (-3) and oil drain (-10) lines (featuring earls fittings.)
  • Weldless 100% leakfree oil drain line
  • All necessary 4ply pipe couplings
  • Strong T-Bolt hose clamps, provide greater clamping force than the cheap worm drive clamps
  • all necessary gaskets, all necessary installation hardware Estimated installation time: 4-6 hours depending upon mechanical ability. Not for use with a/c. Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

      The PeakBoost 3" downpipe for the Mitsubishi Evolution utilzes a 2peice design, which allows for an easier, cleaner installation than any other on the market!

    Comes complete with both, upper and lower downpie and also includes a quick release PeakBoost vband clamp.

    Constructed of 304SS, handmade and fully TIG welded.

    PeakBoost Lancer EVO 8 Intercooler Pipe Kit

     
    PeakBoost Lancer EVO 8 Intercooler Pipe Kit

      PeakBoost charge piping is constructed of lightweight, 6061 T6 Aluminum.

    The 2.5" "hot pipe" carries a larger volume of compressed air to the FMIC. From the FMIC a larger 2.75" piping carries the dense air charge to the throttle body without sacrificing the factory battery position. Charge pipes are made to work with the PeakBoost equal length turbo manifold, and are flanged for a Tial 50mm BOV.

    Charge pipes are available coated in the trademark PeakBoost "White Gold" or uncoated.

      Allows for use of any T3 flanged turbocharger

    TiAL 44mm wastegate flange

    In testing the PeakBoost manifold spooled 22psi @ 3300rpms on the GT3076R, the same turbo is used in the HKS kit and makes the same boost pressure at an advertised 4400rpms. Thats over 1000rpms quicker spool with the PeakBoost manifold!

    The same test vehicle, which was completely stock, made 400whp @ 22psi with the PeakBoost manifold and GT3076R!

      This downpipe was designed for use with the PeakBoost topmount manifold.

  • Full 3" 304 stainless steel construction
  • Vband upper downpipe to lower downpipe connection

  • CAT delete, allows for removal of the catalytic converter without a test pipe!
