Their flanges are CNC machined, they machine-grind the flange- mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system we make.
DC Sports Turbo manifolds and Competition Pipes are available in 100% T-304-stainless steel only, and are for use on Off-Road vehicles only (not C.A.R.B. exempt).
For maximum exhaust flow and increased turbo spool up, HKS offers Off-Road down pipes and front pipes for race use. Each 75mm mandrel down pipe and front pipe is a bolt on application that will mount to the stock turbo and to HKS turbo upgrade kits.
This Hi-Flow downpipe from Pace Setter features a 3 in. diameter, mandrel-bent, 16-gauge steel construction for maximum flow capacity and a T304 stainless steel flex joint for durability. It bolts to the bottom of the stock turbo housing and even retains the OEM oxygen sensor location. With its unique outlet design, this downpipe can bolt to either the stock catalytic converter or to a custom 3 in. exhaust system. Plus, its finished with Pace Setters exclusive ARMORCoat metallic ceramic coating.
