I was puchasing a new cat back exhaust, so I figured it would be worth to buy a new catalytic converter too. I bought a direct fit because it was only 15 dollars more and so much easier to install. It didn't require any welding, and everything just bolted up. Paired with a GReddy Cat back, this cat converter provided excellent flow and performance. High end performance was improved and helped make exhaust deeper. I think this new cat converter may have better emissions control than my old stock catalyst. If you are looking for extra performance, do not get a test pipe, instead get this. It provides nearly as good performance, while having better sound and emissions control

My check engine light went on, and I found out my catalytic converter had to be replaced. I ordered one from here, and found that it retained all factory attachments, factory oxygen sensor location, and everything was a smooth bolt on that I was able to do myself. The catalytic converter made my car pass smog, and no more check engine light!

My car would not pass smog since my factory catalytic converter decided to die on me. I purchased a new one from Pro Street, and received it a few days later. Install went as planned, everything bolted right up, and we had no problems. Car passed smog the next day. Highly recommended!

I purchased a catalytic converter about a year and a half ago. Got it in the mail, and everything went great. My car passed smog, and didn't have that nasty smell anymore. The car also seems to be running much better! I would have rated this catalytic converter a 5, except it did not come with gaskets so I was disappointed in that.
