When your AC system doesn’t seem up to snuff and the AC fan isn’t spinning anymore or doesn’t seem to be working, it might be time to check your AC fan Relay. This relay controls when the AC fan will turn on, drawing ambient air through your ac condenser. Doing this helps cool the AC charge and helps facilitate your cabin being cooler when you turn the air conditioning on. The AC Drive belt is what drives the air conditioning compressor and drives the charge through the condenser that your air conditioning fan cools. These parts are all direct fit and in stock!
Commonly Asked AC Fan Relay Questions about our OEMSPEC Program
Q. Can other relays function as the AC fan relay?
A. Yes, depending on the make model and manufacturer, many times the AC relay will be the same as some other body control relay, however we always recommend using the manufacturer code stamped on your relay to a corresponding number on our site for your air conditioning relay.
Q. Do I need to turn my car off before changing out my relay?
A. We always recommend turning off your vehicle and disconnecting the positive terminal for your battery before performing any electrical work.
