Intrax designs most of its lowering kits with progressive rates, to satisfy two features customers ask for most. First, the lowered look. Most other brand's springs are linear rate, as this is a cost-effective but doesn't necessarily provide the visual effect you desire. By designing a progressive spring, Intrax achieves the lowered look while maintaining safety standards of spring preload at suspension droop. The second requirement is ride quality. Since most customers identified that they drive 90% of their mileage to and from work, customers wanted to retain some ride quality enjoyed with OE springs. Intrax progressive springs provide high performance looks and comfortable ride quality.
I used these springs to lower my 97 Toyota Camry, and they fit perfectly. After the new springs/shocks/struts settled in, my car handled like it was on rails. Body roll was virtually eliminated, and the ride was not harsh at all. Not exactly the most cushy ride, but you have to sacrifice one thing for another.

These springs are fantastic! I was looking for some springs that lowered my car more than average, but not scrape. These were highly recommended by members of 3si.org, so I decided to try them out. Man, was I impressed. They lowered the car perfectly and now that they are settled my car handles like a dream!!! And I drive my car HARD, so this is great!
